Brandy infused rich fruit cake

A secret recipe that was passed down from 1 generation to another. Its so secretive that I've made a promise to my MIL that its gonna be a family treasure hah! 0.o

Now I really really hope my little girl would pick up baking someday so I can pass it on  ;)


Usually I bake and sell them during the Christmas & Chinese New Year seasons but since my grandpa loves this cake so much, I made one as a gift for him on his birthday.

A 9 inch freshly baked fruit cake. 
Would take a few more 'preservation days' before it will taste good & moist.
