My precious little loves the Shurikens at Ninja Joe. Though they claimed to have no MSG and whatsoever additives, I am not quite convinced and I don't really like her munching on fried snacks :p
I came home to experiment on my own.
Here's my version of non-fried Shuriken. Instead of pork, I used minced chicken, steamed mashed potato, abit of milk, conflour, egg and a hint of seasalt.. Rolled them on bread crumbs & Parmesan cheese powder.
Pop them into the oven and bake until golden brown.
She's happy with her finger food and I'm happier because I know what's in the nugget she's munching on ;)
